 抗體- 藥物共軛複合體ADCs。
抗體- 藥物共軛複合體ADCs。

過往癌症治療的用藥方式,雖能擊潰癌症,但也同時傷害健康的組織與器官。抗體- 藥物共軛複合體為工研院開發新世代的抗癌藥物傳輸技術,具有辨識癌細胞與正常細胞的能力,能準確地針對癌細胞投遞藥物,在不傷害正常細胞的情況下,有效打擊癌細胞。

一個抗體- 藥物共軛複合體,由單株抗體、連接子與小分子藥物三部分組成,其中連接子是抗體- 藥物共軛複合體製備工藝與治療效果的重要關鍵因子。工研院具專利之醣胜肽連接子,能增加抗體- 藥物共軛複合體在血液中穩定性,避免毒殺正常細胞;而另一具專利之高專一性連接子,在製造抗體- 藥物共軛複合體時可達到專一性接合,大幅降低抗體- 藥物共軛複合體製備工藝的複雜度,加速抗體 - 藥物共軛複合體產品之開發。
