親水性共聚合聚酯纖維技術

技術簡介

本技術係透過聚合親水基團來改質PET,並研究其熱性質、表面電阻、摩擦帶電壓、吸水速度以及水份蒸發率等特殊性能。結果,隨著親水基團含量的增加,其熔點降低,且表面電阻亦可降低到抗靜電級的程度。摩擦帶電壓亦明顯從200~800伏特降到50伏特以下;吸水速度可增加3倍以上,而水份蒸發率高達98.9%。顯示聚親水基團為十分有效的親水改質單體,可進而改善提升紡織品之穿著舒適性。

特色與創新

利用親水性共聚合聚酯技術為利基,促進聚酯產業升級和轉型,並同步帶動上中下游全方位規劃與整合設計開發。從紗材、布料、服裝製樣等面向切入,區隔亞太地區纖維素材市場,開創產業新藍海。

由於聚酯纖維的回潮率僅0.45%,國內多家化纖廠均急欲找出能夠提高含水率的方法。工研院材料與化工研究所研發的親水性共聚合聚酯纖維規格為十字假撚紗(75d/48f),含水率已做到1.0,且具有抗靜電效果。該技術已協助國內紡織公司建立Batch式的均勻混練分散合成技術。經該公司現場紡絲及假撚加工機台驗證,此材料不會對設備造成損耗,與相同機能之無機材料相比,可降低設備的耗損成本達5-10%。
