ITRI’s Service Systems Technology Center serves as a cross-disciplinary solution hub that addresses industry needs and user pain points. It integrates domain expertise, service design, artificial intelligence, information and communications technology, sensing technologies, and system integration to deliver end-to-end solutions spanning needs assessment, product development, field validation, and business model validation.
The Center focuses on smart logistics and supply chains, smart healthcare and care services, and sports and cultural technologies. Through co-creation, collaborative development, technology transfer, and startup incubation, it supports digitalization, low-carbon transformation, and service innovation while developing practical, scalable smart service models that improve operational efficiency and create positive social impact.
