ITRI Central Region Campus
In line with Taiwan’s industrial development policies, ITRI’s Central Region Campus integrates industry, academic, and research resources across central and eastern Taiwan to advance technology R&D and applications for regional and indigenous industries.
Its two major development platforms—the Agri-Industrial Technology Integration Platform and Smart Living Technology Integration Platform—bring together expertise in electromechanical systems, materials, sensing, information technology, healthcare, and sports technology. The former applies industrial technologies to advance smart, low-carbon, and circular agriculture and related industries, while the latter integrates healthcare and sports technologies to develop solutions for health and experiential industries.
Through technology R&D, field validation, and industry collaboration, ITRI Central Region Campus helps companies adopt innovative technologies and accelerate real-world applications, while connecting regional partners to foster cross-disciplinary collaboration and address industry and societal needs.
