Our mission is to establish and maintain national measurement standards while driving R&D in advanced metrology, precision instrumentation, medical device evaluation, and net-zero energy metrology to actively meet industry needs.
By introducing AI-Driven Advanced Metrology—integrating AI and machine learning into measurement and inspection equipment—we significantly enhance resolution and inspection efficiency, serving as a critical technology for boosting yield rates in advanced manufacturing processes.
Concurrently, we align domestic sectors—including semiconductors, display imaging, net-zero green energy, and AI—with international standards to sharpen the competitive edge of local industries. Furthermore, by focusing on micro- and nano-scale automated optical inspection (AOI) technologies, we are building a collaborative R&D platform to help domestic manufacturers strengthen their proprietary technologies and accelerate their expansion into global markets.
