智能化射頻熱消融腫瘤系統

工研院研發之智能化射頻熱消融腫瘤系統,為全球第一個整合微創手術、超音波影像與演算法的高階醫材系統。其特色在於運用射頻熱消融腫瘤技術,透過影像超音波導引,整合數位演算法軟體,讓醫師精準確認及調控手術範圍,再以電極針穿刺,藉由無線電射頻電波促使摩擦生熱,造成局部組織壞死,達到治療目的。

應用與效益

此技術可用於固體腫瘤如肝、肺、腎、甲狀腺結節、甚至是乳癌治療,經臨床證實,其治癒率與傳統開刀手術方式相當,但傷口較小、恢復期較短,具有取代傳統手術療法優勢。
