 腫瘤疾病動物模式之藥效評估。
腫瘤疾病動物模式之藥效評估。

本技術提供皮下以及原位腫瘤的疾病動物模式之基礎研究與藥物開發。腫瘤模式包含人類皮下腫瘤小鼠疾病模式(Human subcultaneous xenograft models)、人類原位腫瘤動物疾病模式(Human Orthotopic xenograft models)、小鼠皮下/原位瘤動物疾病模式 (Murine subcutaneous/orthtopic allograft tumor models)。透過實驗動物的腫瘤疾病進程,生化指標與病理特徵分析,可以了解測試物質未來在抗腫瘤的開發潛力。
