Technology Overview
ITRI developed the 3.3kV SiC power module for the MW level power conversion system adopted by energy storage, power grid and offshore wind power applications. The IMS-on-DBC stacking package technology improves the thermal conductivity and decreases the parasitic Inductance. Step type housing increases the dielectric voltage-withstand. The withstand current of the module raises by the Cu welding bonding technology.
Applications & Benefits
The 3.3kV high voltage power module is mainly applied for power conversion system. The common application fields might be:
