Perovskite X-ray Detection Film
These perovskite X-ray detection films can be produced in ambient atmospheric conditions at room temperature. They can be directly coated on thin-film transistor (TFT) array panels, ensuring high sensitivity and high modulation transfer function (MTF) values. This technology has been validated with TFT arrays for terminal applications and finds applications in medical diagnostics and optoelectronic semiconductor non-destructive testing.
