SiC Motor Drive Control System.
ITRI adopts the HPD SiC power module design and integrates the real-time diagnostics and cloud communication capabilities into the SiC motor drive control system. Consequently, the system delivers high energy efficiency and power density advantages of using SiC power modules. Additionally, the drive circuit features autonomous protection functions against overcurrent, overvoltage, and overheating. With the integration of real-time intelligent diagnostics and cloud connectivity into the drive control system, the overall drive control system is well-suited for vehicle applications.
