Non-Toxic Anti-Rust Technology for Galvanized Metals
ITRI’s anti-corrosion coating system incorporates special copolymer resins and non-heavy metal additives. It enhances coating performance and safety while eliminating the need for sandblasting. Compared to commercially available products, the coating produced by this technology offers superior corrosion resistance, capable of enduring harsh environments for up to 20 years. Certified by SGS, the coating is BPA-free and complies with RoHS 2.0 standards.

Embraced by several 90 MW coastal photovoltaic and fishery co-generation plants in Taiwan, this technology enables them to provide clean energy to 25,000 households annually and reduce carbon emissions by 53,000 tons.
