ITRI has developed a series of new and simple-designed circuit patents, which can effectively improve the conversion efficiency of power supplies and reduce overall production and manufacturing costs. When applied to new semiconductor components, they can perform better.
Applications & Benefits
Power supply design for new power components: A variety of power conversion architecture/control patents and a complete design database can provide power supply designs for new types of gallium nitride (GaN) power components.
Special specification design: Unconventional power supply design entrustment, such as high efficiency, high density, thin profile, high/low voltage output or high transformation ratio.
Rapid sample preparation and inspection: Quickly complete various special specification designs and safety inspections, and produce trial mass production samples for promotion and use.
