The challenge faced by domestic industries is the high energy consumption of industrial application equipment and the long-term dependence on foreign imports for key components. This technology adopts domestic wafer manufacturing platforms to develop key semiconductor chip components for servo control, including isolation, driving, and sensing. By integrating wide-bandgap power modules, it aims to create an independent, energy-saving, and domestically-manufactured industrial servo motor system platform.

Applications & Benefits

Integrating high-precision control chips with silicon carbide servo drive systems can be widely applied in the machine tool industry to enhance the stability and reliability. The localization of key components includes wide-bandgap element isolation driving, adjustable current sensing, photoelectric encoders, and high-precision controllers.
