Leveraging its ultrasonic spray-coating technology and scintillating materials, ITRI developed a game-changing perovskite scintillator that can be manufactured and operated under ambient conditions and exhibits outstanding flexibility. Furthermore, collaborating with InnoCare Optoelectronics, ITRI has succeeded in pioneering the world’s first commercial-size perovskite X-ray flat-panel detector, which is characterized by large 14x17-inch coverage, excellent uniformity, high-temperature stability, and X-ray exposure tolerance.
