Smart Charging and Power Dispatch Technology
To facilitate the widespread adoption of charging stations, ITRI has developed Configurable Current Sharing Charging and Remote Leakage Monitoring Function for Charging Stations to exchange battery information from electric vehicles connected to a charger. This allows for dynamic adjustment of current distribution based on data collection and battery capacities, preventing power outages and optimizing charging efficiency. For large-scale charging stations, ITRI has developed Electric Power Dispatching Technology, which enables active control of charging for individual EVs and allows for customization to optimize efficiency and to meet the specific needs of large-scale charging infrastructure.
