The combined-sensing module has a compact, ultra-thin design with a through-hole for passage of ball screw. The structure of sensor has a high overload design which allowable overload values are 2 times rated capacities. The combined-sensing module can simultaneously detect the force and temperature signal, which can be used in industrial devices.

The combined-sensing module is integrated into a ball screw, and the sensor can directly detect the temperature and preload. The signals use to diagnose the status (abrasion) of the ball screw and decide whether it’s time to maintenance and fixed.
