Six-axis Force/Torque Sensing Module

Technology Overview

Six-axis Force/Torque Sensing Module.
Six-axis Force/Torque Sensing Module.

Six-axis force/Torque sensing module can be assembled at the end-effector of a robot to instantly measure and feedback the robotic posture and force/torque. Through the signal feedback, the accuracy and processing quality of the robot will be improved.

In order to reduce the crosstalk and enhance the accuracy, the core technology of ITRI’s six-axis force/torque sensor includes: decoupled transducer design, digital compensated readout module and nonlinear calibration technology.

  • Features
    • Decoupled transducer (patent pending)
