Technology Overview
- The 3D conformal laminating process is completed with combining airbag and temperature-controlled mold.
- The laminating curvature includes Rx 1,800mm / Ry 1,800mm and Rx 60mm / Ry20 mm. The laminating arch is below 150mm, and the laminating precision is ±500μm.
- The laminating mechanism has two stages corresponding to concave-type, convex-type, and S-type lamination process.
