Technology Overview
The AIOT gateway utilizes the MediaTek Genio 500 AI chip to build an online AOI application demo, and uses AI technology to find the defects on PCBA, such as misalignment, short circuit, and missing parts. The PCBA test samples are mounted on a rotating plane, and the AIOT gateway uses an IDS camera to capture the image for AI analysis.
