About Smart Sensing & Systems Technology Center
Smart Sensing & Systems Technology Center focus on MEMS process integration, devices and module design, and Intelligent bio-microsystem integration. The micro-sensing/actuating system and sensor fusion system for innovative application platform are constructed by the MEMS core technologies. Two applications are focused on: Intelligent Life Mobile Devices and Sensor IOI, and Smart Mechatronics for Productivity 4.0.
