ITRI launches a virtual pavilion for the first-ever all-digital CES 2021 on January 11, 2021. Visitors can explore the exhibits freely by viewing the text descriptions, images, videos and 3D models, enjoying an on-demand O2O experience anytime, anywhere.

ITRI is showcasing 12 tech innovations in AI, robotics, and e-health at CES 2021. The AI and Robotics technologies on display include the Dual Arm Robot System (DARS), which has two slim robotic arms and anthropomorphic hands to grasp items and perform various tasks; the Self-Learning Battery Management System (SL-BMS), which employs an algorithmic system to estimate real-time battery status accurately; the UVC LED Water Sterilizer System HydroNovation, which is able to destroy pathogens to supply safe drinking water.

In e-health wearables, ITRI is exhibiting technologies including iCardioGuard for long-term real-time monitoring of physiological and psychological status for home and elderly care; Heart Guardian for continuous real-time monitoring of patients with heart disease; iSmartweaR for measuring physiological conditions including heart rate and respiratory rate using smart textiles; and iDarlingWeaR for infant healthcare featuring ITRI’s harmless low-power radar sensing technology.

The Institute is also demonstrating e-health monitoring and inspection technologies. These include In-Sleep Target Memory Consolidation Technology that strengthens memory of selected subjects; the Handheld Skin Quality Optical Coherence Tomography system, the first handheld non-invasive OCT system to analyze subsurface skin structures and detect collagen distribution in the dermis layer; the Handheld Ultrasound System for performing ultrasound exams anywhere, anytime; the Measurement Technique for Lumbar Spine X-Ray Images to reduce time and labor for lumbar spine X-ray interpretation; the AI Decision Support Technology of Fundus Image in Diabetes Mellitus for early detection and timely treatment of diabetic retinopathy (DR).

ITRI’s virtual pavilion employs Unity Gaming Engine and 3D Max Modeling technology. It integrates reality and virtuality, creating a high-quality and user-friendly space for tech showcase.
